Founder and Medical Director
Established in 2003 by Dr. Lisa K. Feulner as a complement to Advanced Eye Care, Advanced Aesthetics began serving patients with BOTOX®, dermal fillers, upper/lower lid surgery, and medical skin care. As our patient base grew, so did our offerings, adding additional services such as IPL Skin Rejuvenation, IPL Skin Tightening, CoolSculpting®, Laser Hair Removal, ZO® Skin Health products and Colorescience® Skin Health products.
Advanced Nurse Injector & Medical Skin Health Specialist
Carole has been with Advanced Aesthetics & Med Spa since 2015 and has over 15 years of experience working in the aesthetics industry.Carole specializes in Neurotoxins and dermal fillers and enjoys educating clients on the latest aesthetic offerings so each patient can make an informed decision on their treatment. Carole enjoys helping patients achieve a more refreshed and natural appearance through the artistry and diversity that dermal fillers allow. Carole has an eye for symmetry and the specialized skill to deliver the desired results patients are looking for. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Stevenson University and an Associate of Arts degree in nursing from Harford Community College. In her spare time, Carole enjoys pickle ball, yoga, kayaking, and spending time with her husband, four daughters, their spouses and grandchildren.

Before joining our team, Ashley practiced medical aesthetics in the Bethesda and Baltimore areas where she benefited from working with several leading East Coast aesthetic providers. Ashley discovered her passion for aesthetics after becoming a patient and decided to return to school to pursue aesthetic nursing at The Community College of Baltimore and is currently attendingWalden University and attaining her Nurse Practitioner degree. Ashley understands how intimidating it can feel to be a first time aesthetic patient. She has excellent listening skills and loves creating individualized treatment plans for each patient based on their unique and personal goals. Ashley possesses a calming and nurturing chair side manner. She loves the subtle changes yet big confidence boost that comes with aesthetic treatments. Ashley credits medical grade skincare as a turning point for her own skin. Ashley’s favorite treatments to do, and have done, areBotox, cheek filler, and micro-needling.

Savanna joined the Advanced Aesthetics & Med Spa team in May 2023 to serve our Body Contouring, Laser Hair Removal, and Skin Rejuvenation patients. Savanna loves every part of her job, but she says the most fulfilling moments are the follow- up appointments where she gets to share before and after photos revealing final results with her patients. Savanna has an infectious smile and a listening ear that puts patients at ease for both the planning and treatment process. Savanna splits her time between Advanced Aesthetics & Med Spa and Hospice care creating a fulfilling job balance. Savanna enjoys participating in medical mission trips and workingwith the youth at her church in her spare time.

Donna joined our team in 2016, and in early 2023 left to pursue her lifelong dream of owning an assisted living facility. While Donna still enjoys owning her own business, she joined our team part-time again in December 2023. Donna is a very gifted injector and we are thrilled to have her back!
Manager, Director of Operations
Izzy brings 25 plus years of business experience from account management with a Fortune 500 company to owning an interior design business, to her current role as Director of Operations for AAMS. Izzy is the first point of patient contact and is passionate about creating and delivering the best patient experience possible. She understands the decision to choose aesthetic procedures should be made with care and consideration and Izzy makes it a priority to answer questions, share knowledge and education, and even known to hold the odd hand or two. Originally from Georgia, she moved to the Bel Air area in 1992 to join her then fiancé (now husband) with whom she has enjoyed raising their four sons. During her free time, Izzy enjoys teaching yoga and being involved in her community through service projects and intentional interpersonal relationships that foster continued growth in both professional and personal areas of her life.
